OT- Occupational Therapists

OT's can help with practical day to day problems

Occupational therapists can help with practical day to day problems such as mobility, bathing and eating. You may need to explore the idea of hoists to assist in bathing or walking or standing aids. They can give you advice and practical suggestions for equipment that would be useful. You can talk to OT direct at Hampshire county council about the work of an OT or ask your doctor or social worker to make a referral to the occupational therapy service.

Whether you are a child, adult or older person who finds doing day to day things difficult, OT Direct are there to help you become as independent and safe as possible in your daily activities.
